Hanna HI98301 DiST-1 TDS Meter (0-2000 ppm) with Auto Cal

The DiST-1 TDS meter features a large, multi-level LCD that displays both TDS and temperature readings simultaneously.
It provides TDS measurements with a resolution of 1 ppm and an accuracy of ±2% full scale.
The HI98301 has a TDS range of 0 to 2000 ppm.
The meter includes an exposed temperature sensor for quick, automatic temperature-compensated TDS readings.
Users can set the temperature display to either °C or °F.
The LCD screen shows stability and calibration indicators and displays the battery level at startup to alert users about remaining power.

TDS readings are taken using a graphite electrode that resists oxidation, enhancing measurement repeatability.
Graphite also minimizes the polarization effect found in testers with stainless steel pins.

Calibration is straightforward with the dedicated calibration button.
Press the calibration button and submerge the probe in a 1382 ppm calibration solution.
The meter will automatically detect and store the calibration value once stability is achieved.

Setup options include automatic shut-off timing and temperature unit display.
You can configure the meter to shut off automatically after 8 minutes, 60 minutes, or disable this feature.
To access setup mode, press the button located in the battery compartment.
